If you are willing to attend this meeting, please fill in the registration form and send it to the conference email: APTWG2025@ipp.ac.cn. Registration will close on 1 April, 2025, so please submit your form as early as possible.

Registration Fee
The registration fee is CNY 2,500.
Registration fee does not need to be paid in advance. The organizing committee will set up a registration counter at the meeting hotel or meeting site to collect registration fees. Registration fee can be paid by cash or credit card (VISA/MASTER).

Accomodation
The recommended hotel for the meeting is Holiday Inn Shenzhen Donghua (深圳东华假日酒店）. Single rooms with double beds are about CNY 550 per night and standard rooms with 2 single beds are about CNY 600 per night, including breakfast.The organizing committee will arrange free shuttle buses between the hotel and the venue. If you wish to arrange your own accommodation, we recommend staying near this hotel to make use of the free shuttle bus.
If you have choosed the recommended hotel in registration form, the organizing committee will book the room for you. Please do not book by yourself to avoid double booking. If you'd like to cancel your participation in the meeting, please inform the organizing committee as early as possible to avoid loss of room charges.

As of December 31, 2025, citizens of the following countries holding ordinary passports can enter China visa-free for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, exchange visits, and transit for no more than 30 days: France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Australia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Slovenia, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, South Korea, Brunei, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Japan.
If your nationality is not one of the above countries, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible to obtain a visa invitation letter.
